ARE THERE REAL PLANT BASED RECEPIES?

Yes all of the recipes are made by our founder and are made specifically for your body type and food preferences, all plant based recipes are real plant based recipes without any compromises.

WILL I HAVE TO EAT 5 OR MORE TIMES DAILY?

No there is no need for you to eat 5 or more times daily as long as you eat enough calories to support you in a few sittings.

WILL I HAVE TO EAT MEAL REPLACEMENT POWDERS AND PILLS?

No. All recipes are balanced for your specific body type and based on whole, unprocessed foods. However, a few recipes include protein powder.

WHAT IS VEGAN DIET?

Vegan diet is 100% plant based diet without any meat, fish, eggs or dairy products.

WHAT IS VEGETARIAN DIET?

Mostly plant based diet with some addition of dairy and eggs.

WHAT IS OMNIVORE / FLEXITARIAN DIET?

Diet that consist of whole foods: vegetables, meats, dairy products, eggs and fish.

WHAT IF I DO NOT EAT SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS IN THE RECIPE?

No problem. There is a comprehensive list of substites that you can use in case recipe features an ingredient you do not like.

CAN I COOK MEALS IN ADVANCE?

Yes, that is the beauty of it. Most of the meals can be prepared in advance so you can cook in the evening/morning and eat your meal at work.

DO I NEED TO FOLLOW THIS MEAL PLAN FOREVER?

No. The 28 day meal plan helps you get in touch with your body, teaches you about the right portion sizes, eating habits and patterns. Following it for 28 days will change your attitude towards food preparation and eating. This change will make it easier for you to stay in shape and make healthy food choices in the future.

DOES MY ACCOUNT EXPIRE AFTER 28 DAYS?

No. Your account stays active forever. You can always come back for reminders, instruction or motivation on how to eat better or start over if you get off track.
